I offer both face-to-face and online therapy to teenagers and adults. Sessions are just over 50 minutes long and typically run on a weekly basis. The number of sessions depend on your challenges and goals and will be discussed and decided with you during our first session.

No list can cover the full range of experiences and challenges that people are faced with. Sometimes, we don't even know how to describe what we need assistance with. Therefore, if you are unsure whether your difficulties meet any of these descriptions, I encourage you to contact me. If you feel comfortable, we can briefly discuss your need and I can let you know whether I am able to assist you. In the event that I am not able to, I will be able to refer you to someone who can. Your privacy will be respected in all our communications.
